  1. Determining functional significance of Pdx1, MafA, and MafB transcription factor:co-regulator binding.<\/li>\n
  2. Examining transcription factor:co-regulator binding in human normal, obese, T1DM and T2DM samples.<\/li>\n
  3. Defining the functional significance of differentially expressed \u03b1- and \u03b2-cell gene products from T1DM profiling.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    For PhD’s interested in a post-doctoral position:<\/strong>
    \nTerm: at least 2 years<\/p>\n
