LIVE Meeting Spaces

The following rooms are available for reservation for single and recurring events in the LIVE space:

  • LIVE Seminar Room (Sony A2009)
  • LIVE Meeting Room (Sony A3002E)
  • LIVE Conference Room (Sony A3001)

Single-use reservations for available meeting spaces can be made through the Microsoft Bookings system. To request a recurring or semester-long reservation, please email live@vanderbilt.edu with your preferred room, dates, and times. Spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis; however, all bookings are subject to final approval by LIVE.

  • LIVE Seminar Room (A2009)

    Room Capacity: 32 people

    This room is equipped with a pull down screen and projector.

  • LIVE Meeting Room (A3002E)

    Room Number: A3002E

    Room Capacity: 12 people

    A portable projector is available upon request.

  • LIVE Conference Room (3001)

    Room Number: A3001

    Room Capacity: 15 people

    A portable projector is available upon request.

LIVE Lab Spaces

The following specialized research spaces are available for community use, in consultation with the responsible LIVE faculty. Training will be required prior to use. Please email live@vanderbilt.edu with your request, including room, date, time and need / purpose for use of the specialized space.
