LIVE Spaces

The following rooms are available for reservation for single and recurring events in the LIVE space:

• LIVE Seminar Room
• LIVE Meeting Room

These rooms operate on a first-come, first-served basis. To request a reservation for one of these rooms, you can create an event in Outlook and specify the room name (LIVE Seminar Room or LIVE Meeting Room) in the location tab. Alternatively, you can email your reservation request to live@vanderbilt.edu including the room, date, and time,

The following specialized research spaces are available for community use, in consultation with the responsible LIVE faculty. Please email live@vanderbilt.edu with your request, including room, date, time and need / purpose for use of the specialized space.

• LIVE Engage AI Research Space
