{"id":120,"date":"2018-06-13T20:14:25","date_gmt":"2018-06-13T20:14:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lab.dev.vanderbilt.edu\/hustedt-lab\/dd\/"},"modified":"2021-02-18T01:57:31","modified_gmt":"2021-02-18T01:57:31","slug":"dd","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/lab.dev.vanderbilt.edu\/hustedt-lab\/software\/dd\/","title":{"rendered":"DD"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>DD<\/strong> is a MATLAB program designed to provide a convenient GUI-based tool for analyzing single DEER data sets.<strong> DD <\/strong>is based on the original GLADD program that was developed to provide a flexible framework for the global analysis of data from multiple DEER experiments. <strong>GLADD<\/strong> is being replaced by <strong>GLADDvu<\/strong>, a GUI-based tool for the global analysis of DEER data. The main features of both<strong> DD<\/strong> and <strong>GLADDvu<\/strong> are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Minimal processing of data occurs prior to fitting,. A priori background correction is not used.
