Lili is a Susan Gray School fellow. Prior to returning to Vanderbilt to pursue her master&#8217;s degree, Lili was a resident doctor in China. At the Susan Gray School, Lili taught in toddler, preschool, and prekindergarten classrooms serving young children with and without disabilities. In Dr. Hemmeter&#8217;s lab, Anna assists with coding projects. Anna is a fellow at The Susan Gray School, where she teaches preschool-age children pre-academic and life skills, such as social-emotional development and friendship skills. Prior to Vanderbilt, Anna received her Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Elementary and Special Education (K-6) from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Anna has worked with a wide age range of children in different settings using behavioral principals and ABA. Felicia supports projects such as The Education Innovation and Research, Group Coaching Approach, and Instructionally Enhanced Pyramid model at <\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun BCX2 SCXW188619830\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun BCX2 SCXW188619830\">Hemmeter<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun BCX2 SCXW188619830\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun BCX2 SCXW188619830\"> Lab. Prior to attending Vanderbilt, Felicia taught and lead an inclusive preschool and kindergarten serving lower-middle income communities in Jakarta, Indonesia for five years, as well as taught first grade for two years in Papua, Indonesia. It was there that Felicia became a passionate supporter of inclusive education and started efforts to bring awareness of the issue nationally through seminars and teacher coaching. She is a Susan Gray School fellow and codes fidelity for the EIR project in Dr. Hemmeter\u2019s lab. Josephine received her Bachelor\u2019s degree in Early Childhood Education and Child Studies from Vanderbilt University.
