1. Information: Here, you can learn about how to use this application, our mouse model, study design, manuscript citation information, and author information.
2. Cell Clustering and Annotation: Explore how we’ve clustered cells using multimodal information and how cell proportions change as a function of diet.
3. Single Cell Transcriptomics: Explore expression of specific genes within single cells or across clusters.
4. CITE-Sequencing: Explore expression of surface proteins measured by CITE-sequencing.

A Help box is located at the top right of each data tab. Clicking this box will provide additional information to help you explore this data.
